'Omics' Data Upload

Upload molecular biology data (proteomics, transcriptomics) for automated analysis through our Axis 2 (El Mecanismo) pipeline.

How It Works

Select patient ID, 'omic' type, and upload your data file (CSV/XLSX)

Cloud Function automatically routes your file to the appropriate analysis engine (El Proteomista, El Transcriptor, etc.)

Results are analyzed and molecular signatures (Axis 2 tokens) are generated

Navigate to the 'Omics' Explorer dashboard to view visualizations and molecular insights

CSF or plasma protein concentrations (Seo et al. M2/M6 modules)

Format: CSV with Protein, Concentration (pg/mL)

RNA-seq gene expression data (DEG + GSEA pathway analysis)

Format: CSV with Gene, Expression (TPM/FPKM)
