This interface enables clinicians to construct hypothetical patient profiles (Digital Twins) and simulate disease progression under different genetic, lifestyle, and treatment conditions. The Augur v2.1 Transformer learns progression patterns from multi-axis temporal data (genetics, biomarkers, imaging, clinical) to generate personalized trajectories.
